Shipping & Returns

FULFILLMENT

Moira x Mel orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order date.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email.

Made-To-Order items take up to a week to two weeks to produce and ship excluding holidays.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped out on Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays). If you placed an order with multiple items, the order will ship once all items are ready.

Please note that we can not guarantee and order status change, such as if you request an address change or cancel your order. We will try our best to complete the request, however, we can not change your order if the package is already shipped. In that situation, please try to contact your carrier.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges, depending on the destination country. Please note that I do not cover these costs. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond my control and vary between countries, I cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, you can contact your local customs office. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Moira x Mel is not responsible for packages once in transit; including any damaged, lost, or tampered with packages. If your package has been lost and/or stolen, please contact your carrier immediately and provide them with your tracking number.

 

RETURNS

Orders can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

We do not provide shipping labels for international returns.

For international customers who want to return an item(s): You must cover your return shipping costs and are responsible for shipping the package from your local post office.

Item(s) must be returned in the exact condition they were received. 

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

The item(s) must be returned to Moira x Mel first before your refund can be issued.

E-mail info@moiraxmel.com with your order number, the item(s) you will be returning, and the reason for your return. We will direct you to further instructions regarding your international return.

 

REPAIRS AND RESIZING

The cost of repairs varies from case to case. Repairs and resizing may take up to three weeks.

Please include your contact information, order number, date of purchase, and photo of the item when emailing about a repair. I reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
