Shipping & Returns
Because of most of MOIRA X MEL jewelry is handmade to order, I am unable to provide exact shipping dates. Each product page will indicate the turn around time. Typically, in stock items take between two and five business to be fulfilled for shipment. Collect items are ready-to-ship items.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email.
Made-To-Order items take up to 4 weeks to produce and ship excluding holidays.
I ship orders Monday - Friday. If the item you ordered is in stock, it will ship within 2-5 business days. If you placed an order with multiple items, the order will ship once all items are ready.
Transit time is measured in business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. During the holiday season your shipment may be delayed.
If you need your order sooner than the posted turn around time, email me prior to ordering at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
By purchasing on our website you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. MOIRA X MEL is not responsible for packages once in transit; including any damaged, lost, or tampered with packages.
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges, depending on the destination country. Please note that I do not cover these costs. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond my control and vary between countries, I cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, you can contact your local customs office.
Please consider that most MOIRA X MEL pieces are handmade to order when you make a purchase, please don't forget to read description of your product.
I am not accepting returns of jewelry due to incorrect sizing. If you are at all unsure of your ring size, please visit a local jewelry store to be properly sized.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery and a refund will be issued after it is shipped back to us. Returned merchandise must be in unworn original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties.
All Collect items are FINAL SALE.

REPAIRS AND RESIZING
The cost of repairs varies from case to case. Repairs and resizing may take up to eight weeks.
Please include your contact information, order number, date of purchase, and photo of the item when emailing about a repair. I reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
